Rest periods separate exercises within each circuit, while longer rest periods separate each circuit. The number of circuits performed depends on your training level, period, and objectives.

Boxing workouts provide a complete body workout, improving core strength, endurance, coordination, and stamina. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, boxing also aids in stress relief.

A Long Stay Testimonial

My Experience
Cassandra, 33, United States
When I walked through the doors at The Place, I was completely burnt out, heart broken and lost.
I realized I had a lot to unpack after living in survival mode for a majority of my life and was absolutely desperate for help after years of little progress with traditional therapy, attending other retreats, support groups and being a science experiment on medications that made me feel even more out of control.
I quickly realized that I needed to face my traumas head on, understand my patterns, take accountability for my role in it all and make some major life decisions. As a natural people pleaser, I was always putting everyone and everything around me first, but I finally faced the reality that I needed to save myself for once.
The Place held my heart during my darkest times and helped bring my soul back home. The way the team orchestrates your transformation journey is a unique experience. Although it wasn’t always easy, they were constantly adjusting my program to meet me where I was at each week.
My first stay at The Place was for 41 days and since healing is never linear, I returned several times to get through the most challenging year of my life. I’ve now learned how to embrace the darkness and the light and uncovered the silver linings that have helped me become the best version of myself.
JC and the miracle workers at The Place saved my life and helped me respark my passion and life's purpose, and I will be forever grateful for the experience I had to heal in the most magical place in the world, in Bali.
